what are the worst conditions that can be put on you if a cop where to catch you using a spudgun or if a neighbor complained to the police? also has anyone every got caught be the police using a spudgun?
Yeah the police came to my friends house, see the people across the street dont like when you hit their house with a spud on acident when it goes through the fence. They just take the spud gun :).
It's hard to say. It could depend on your attitude and appearance a lot. Could be anything from a slap on the wrist, to confiscation, to being charged with posession of a deadly weapon. Probably best to check the laws in your area for specifics.
