I went to this page: http://www.aaroncake.net/circuits/inverter.asp

But I couldn’t figure out how to post this question there.

I have several small inverters in my house (solar-http://geriatricgourmet.com/Home_Off_Grid.html). Mostly the house runs on DC like an RV, boat etc. My inverters all have standard plug in type AC outlets (like wall sockets). I want to get a bigger inverter with hardwire connections like the kind with screws that you wrap wires around. I don’t know the generic term for this kind of connector and I need it to do my Google searches. Can some one tell me the word for this kind of connector?
