Hi, I saw the http://www.aaroncake.net/circuits/IR_Remote_Switch_Circuit.asp is made for 120volts. I was wondering what should I change to use it in 220volts. Thanks

Choose a Q1 rated for the appropriate voltage, adjust R6 for the gate current of that Q1, make sure U3 will handle 240V (I've never looked it up). Double R4 and R5.
