Measure voltages and compare them to the voltages shown in the service manual.
If the service manual is not available then use your electronic knowledge and experience to determine which voltages are wrong and what has failed.

If the circuit processes some signal, like an amplifier, trace that signal from input to output with a scope to determine the failure point.

what happen when radio set doesn't give sound.i have checked all componets even changed IC Sound all is ok,it gives no sound but.the power is on.
