i just finished a off road gokart and to get to where i can use it freely i have to drive down some residential roads, but the insurance company and local police say it has to have lights, i was wondering where i could find a circuit pattern for the stop/turn tail light?

There is no need for a special all you need are some switches bulbs or leds if you wish and a flashing relay to blink theindicators and a buzzer

A brake light is simply a light connected to a switch which is activated by the brake pedal. Just use a microswitch and any kind of brake light (ie. trailer).

Turn signals are a bit more complicated by the easiest way is to use a standard signal flasher. The flasher connects in series with the switch and the signal lights. The flashers are a few dollars at any auto parts store.

I think, however, you will find that there are minimum height regulations on your headlights, the vehicle will require seatbelts, etc. etc. It will not be an easy task to make it street legal.
