There are a lot of stupid people in this world. Too bad we have basically arrested evolution so they are still allowed to breed. And they tend to breed far more then the smart ones...
Ah yeah I've talked about this with my friend and he recalled that Hitler was killing off mentally disadvantaged people or something like that. I don't know if this is true because it's just word of mouth and I havn't really researched Hitler. No I wouldn't think like that at all. The better thing to do would be to study them and try to figure out how to prevent the problem. It's far more productive to do that instead of letting that evolutionary branch suffer for something that wasn't thier fault.
I think you are talking about general stupidity amoung people and not a mental handicap specifically? I understand what you are saying but I am not going to go into that here. Anyway it's good to know I have another like minded internet friend in more than the usual subjects of electronics and computers.

50 minutes on how to buy a multimeter?! Funny, I thought it was as simple as deciding what features you needed then going to the electronics store and buying a meter. How little I know...And I know now that I just bought my new multimeter totally wrong.
