Does anyone know where to find these types of battery connectors? If so, how are the type & sizes specified? Thanks.

They might be avaiable in a hobby store as connectors for radio controlled airplanes, boats or cars.

The one on the right appears to be a fairly standard Molex connector. On the left I don't know, but a browse through the extensive connector area of the DigiKey catalog should help.

I haven't seen the one on the right, so I don't know what it is. On the left is a Sermos connector. This is the cheapest I have seen: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PEET2O/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000QUZD4W&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=12K36C05752XKGPR80MN The coolest thing about theseis you can stack them to make any size connector you want.

Here is a How-To Article:

If you are looking for a connector that has the least resistance, then this is what you want.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXKX39&P=ML It will carries more amps then the Sermos.

I have raced R/C cars for over 20 years and have owned a chassis company. So, I'm very familiar with these conectets. :)
