lets say we have an AC input 10mV and a low current (dont really know how much amperes will be at 10mV its an example, you got the idea) current like 191 uF how can this give output of lets say 22Vdc and current 100mA? and lets say we did this as an adaptor and we want to plug it in somewhere else that it has input 100mV and a low current (example uF) can the output be the same? 22Vdc / 100mA ? can i have a fixed and stable output this different sources of input?
