i am an electrical & electronics engineer and i want to fix this bug or loop hole in digital meter but i can understand this circuit for ac network please post the circuit and contribute to save the energy .
IF I GET THE SOLUTION I POST AS A OPEN SOURCE .

What are you guys talking about?
What does the "electronic digital meter" measure?

If the "AC network" is 50Hz or 60Hz electricity then why measure frequencies higher than 300Hz?
