Yeah, it's a program language but I really don't want it. I program in assembler. Oh, Good Morning! :)
Well, I'm trying this one now: http://www.freebyte.com/cad/cad.htm the "Solid Edge" link. It is by Siemens. It is huge! They have a good many choices here. Check it out.

Now all we need is the motor control board and investors then we can start to build prototypes. Then of course sell. That would be cool.

If at first you do not succeed, try and try again till you can't try no more.

Wow. You're getting good. How do we plan on doing the motor control board and the regulator board?

Hey! Thank you Ajmix2. I wanted to get it right. You should see the other program I got from Siemens. Solid Edge. It is just like autocad and you can import files from autocad too. It will handle all the production work. After I installed it, it decompressed to over 600 megabytes in just the program directory! I'm getting a good handle on it now. The link is up above.
Anyway we can do the board in Eagle Cadsoft. It has schematic capture and you can produce gerber files with it too. Do you have Eagle? If not, you need to get it. We can share files.

Eagle Cadsoft: http://www.cadsoftusa.com/

Here's a board I recently made with it:

Actually this veiw is from "Viewmate" a free gerber viewer but I created the gerber files with Eagle. I always check them with Viewmate.

Yes I have eagle. I have tried to design with it but, i have no luck. I'm struggling figuring out what needs what and where does it need to go. Also, i can't understand the program. If i can design the schematics right i'll just import them. Does it create the board from that? I'll continue to try though.

Yeah the help section has a certain feel to it. I was pretty lost at first, but I finally started learning to use the help. This should help jump start you. I took my own notes as I was learning it. Here are my notes:

Mrgone, your BB.GIF board is obviously double sided yet all the tracks are shown in green. Is that how Eagle shows on screen, or is a colour lost in making the .GIF?

No, that is a view from program "Viewmate". Let me get the view from Eagle. Be right back.

OK here is view from Eagle Cadsoft:

Yeah, I should have displayed that first. I just always check my gerbers in Viewmate to make sure they are standard. That was the only file I had laying around when I posted it.

No, it is just the last board I did for another project. Yeah, do a search for "Viewmate". It is a free Gerber viewer and if you want to pay for it, you can edit your Gerbers. So if say you just need to move a hole or move a trace over because it is uncomfortably close to something else like another trace, it is fast & handy! You don't have to go back through the whole process.
