I have a crazy dog, his name is Russ. Whenever he sees another dog male/female he wants to kill it, especially male dogs. It doesn't matter how big the other dog is. Does anyone know what sound frequency(s) dogs respond to the most. So if an ordinary dog whistle doesn't stop Russ, i'll build an ultrasonic whistle that I can bring with me when I walk him.
