I've been offered a twin 93-95 turbo setup from someone. Should I grab that for this setup or will it just kill my top end? I'm worried the small turbo wont be able to flow the air at 6-7k.

Are you talking about the turbos, the intake, or both? Either way, fitting it will be the major hassle.

To make it fit, you will probably want to use the TII lower intake, FD upper intake, and twin turbo setup. You still might need to space the turbos out slightly, and it will be a challange to make a downpipe that clears the frame rail. Plumbing for two intakes, the Y pipe, and the appropriate oil and water feeds will be fun...

As for the capacity of the turbos, I wouldn't worry. They are easily capable of power in the high 300HP range.

Edit...And you will need an adapter to connect the FD upper to TII lower.
