Well, you can't post an ad directly to Google or eBay. Google is just a serch engine, it finds pages with information relevent to a persons search query. eBay is a place for others to list what they have to sell, not what they want to buy. Probably it would be better to post in the local paper then you can go and pick up the items and not pay insane prices to have them shipped. They are not overly huge in size, but the weight will quickly add up to a hefty UPS bill.
