Techcomedy is a community of mostly tech support workers who are stressed out at the (l)users who they have to deal with day in day out, I posted a link to the topic on here which aaron started about people being idiots when posting, etc, and sending email as well. Just been on their site today and found this (somthing someone else has posted) - lol, seems you have a few more vistors now http://www.techcomedy.com/single/single.php?content_number=20645
