Dear sir
i am trying to build the battery charger according to this website,in the diagram i don't understand Q1 and Q2 the pin 1,2 and gate where/how should i connect,please advise me,thanks

The diagram is clear as to how the component is connected in the circuit. If you are looking for the pinout of those components, just search for their datasheets. Googling "[part number] datasheet" always works.
