Good day

I have notice there are heavy amount of oil on secondary intake manifold.
I clean it out and run the engine for one hour. When I removed the upper
Intake manifold the oil back again. It's only on secondary intake. I run the engine with out
The upper intake and notice the secondary made sucking and blowing air at same time!
Is that normal? I don't know whats happened. Thanks

Totally normal.

It's due to intake reversion when the air stream hits the closed port, and bounces back to feed the opposite rotor. Mazda has designed this into the manifold since the early '80s.

The oil is mainly fuel leftovers as well as some metering oil pump oil.

Thanks Aaron. Ok, I have one question not related to our subject.
The secondary injectors are not working due load or over 3500 RPM.
I checked the primary injectors with LED LIGHT they work perfect.
But the secondary not. The wideband gauge shows 12.5 to 12.6 But while
It reach to 3500 RPM the fuel become lean 16.? and back firing due to the secondary
Are not working. Is there any sensor or switch can control the secondary
Injectors or just the ECU? Thanks again

Is this a stock ECU or standalone?

If stock, the first thing to do is pull any codes and check to make sure the MAP sensor is working correctly.

If it's a standalone, check the settings for your secondary stage.

But note the secondaries won't activate until the engine has load. At light load only the primaries operate regardless of RPM. As I recall it's 3800 RPM and 2" of vacuum that stage the secondaries.

I suspect it has something to do with the tune but if you are testing with the stock ECU be very careful if the car is modified. It may not provide enough fuel.

Ok, I'll take care. But I have one question, does the CAS has a relation with the secondaries?
thanks for your cooperation and kindly support.

Still the same issue. I used the stock ecu, the primaries are firing
But when accelerated to 4000 RPM the secondaries not working
I changed the MAP sensor still the same. The TPS within the range specification
The both CAS resistance also within the range 1.18 ohm. I checked the codes
And got, 23,25,31,32,33,42,43,44,45,46. all of them are sensors and I already canceled them after rebuild the engine. are any one of them will effect on the secondaries??

Sorry, but you're out of my knowledge area here. I really have rarely dealt with a stock ECU FD so I don't know under what circumstances it won't fire the secondaries. If you head over to http://www.rx7club.com you can post a topic in the FD forum.
