I cannot understand what you want.
Do you need a circuit that will measure frequencies and display them on your digital multimeter?
Then you must design and make a circuit that converts frequency to voltage.

Look on the datasheet for the digital meter to see the frequency range that it can measure the level or frequency.

Most cheap meters show accurate levels only at the 50Hz or 60Hz mains frequency.
A cheap meter might be affected by strong radio signals because it is missing good filters and good shielding.

There are a few expensive digital meters that can accurately measure the levels and frequency of audio from 20Hz to 20kHz.
