I have a 12VAC pump for my aquaponics system rated at 16 watts and gets up to about 20.5 watts under load.
I also have 45 watt solar panel...

It charges 12VDC batteries.
The pump runs 24/7, so during the day the solar kit is doing double duty of charging the batteries plus running the pump.
I am needing a circuit designed for a 20-25 watt 12VDC to ~10 to 11 VAC inverter. I don't want to include a transformer in the circuit because I can change the windings in the pump so as to work best with the natural output that results with a 12VDC input. I am guessing that the natural output will be 10 to 11 VAC.
Can you please help me design the inverter circuit?
What is the anticipated VAC output?
Any idea on the heat output of the components? I am wanting to pot the whole circuit board in epoxy and place it underwater.
