hello,i am new to electronics but i was wondering if anyone could help me with a project i have, i am after a circut that has one main board/unit and it has 12/24V power , it also has an alrarm/stobe that then a current (the is verylow) is lost the alarm/stobe will trigger.

this is like an alarm system with the magnetic door system door open alarm raised but in my case current lost alarm raised, please bare in mind it is not the current to the actuall device that is lost it is the current of a very long wire that is attached to the unit at both ends.

can anyone help?
