I'm honestly not sure which one to use on what bolts.

If you don't have the time to do it right, when will you have the time to do it over?

Use anti-seize on every bolt, except those that require Loctite or sealant.

In general I use very little Loctite. Mainly on assemblies that rotate or are subject to rotational force (such as CV axel bolts). I go through a load of anti-seize because every fastener gets it.
