What's up everyone? Have a question regarding an ADC converter. Let's say I have an 8 digital output ADC that is 8 bit. Can I combine 4 of the outputs to equal 32 bit or is this possible at all? If it's not practical will you please give me some information about a simple ADC that is a 32 bit conversion... thanks.
I don't know if this is common in the AV industry but about a year or two ago I saw a digital audio recording device with a sample rate of somewhere between 1-3MHz. Crazy! I don't know what the resolution was.

At 32 bits I think you'd be hard pressed to tell the signal from noise.
That's what I was thinking too. I know that there is very high resolution digital audio formats though, but only 16-bit stereo is used for most music in its CD format.
