Sir actually i want to ask that can i use lm741 instead of lm308 in infrared remote project

I am not knighted by the Queen of England to be a SIR, I am just an ordinary guy.

I did not calculate the frequency of the project. An LM308 opamp is obsolete and has been discontinued for many years. A 741 opamp is also osbolete but is still made. The 741 opamp has trouble with frequencies above only 9kHz but most other newer opamps easily go to 100kHz.

Try using a CA3140 op-amp it should work but read the datasheet carefully before you try
