It is likely an attempted malware infection, or remenants of the same thing.
In your Startup menu or one of the RUN registry keys, you should be able to find the line running the file through RNDLL32. Maybe try HiJackThis! or AutoRuns.
After reading the above i got rid off this problem the procedure i followed (for windows 7 and i hope other os users can also get rid off this) 1. press start button and type msconfig 2. open dis program and in it go to startup tab. 3. in startup item list disable the item with command rundll32.exe winwac32.rom,kyOEBvUNL I followed dis procedure to get rid off the problem
