Dear Sir, Is there any problem if I use 5amps.transformer instead of 4amps, and is there any effects if I use a bridge diode in placed of a single diode for D1?? please help !!!

Hi,
Are you referring to the Automatic battery charger?

I think higher wattage transformer is better as long as they have the same primary and secondary voltage required by the circuit.

It uses D.C. pulses, so bridge diode is not applicable.
