Hi,

i badly need a help, i want to modify or else make this circuit:



but the problem is i have a tiny knowledge in electronics, so please guys, i really need ur help...

by the way, is it possible to add 36V,2.8amps in 250W or 400W PCPower Supply? if yes, How?

I really appreciate if someone here can help me. thanks in advance

If you do not know much about electronics then how can you design a 36VDC/3A power supply?
Use the computer power supply for the other voltages.
36V/3A is only 108W, not 250W. If you want an output of 250W then you need 36V at 7A.
