Hi there, I was thinking of the possibility of creating a 12v dc battery charger of which will produce about 10A to 20A output current for charging a 100AH or 150AH car solar battery, my plan is to make this charger use very small amount of current from source and produce huge amount of current for charging the other battery.
If any one knows how to make this circuit please help me on this project.

(Edit...Move to Power Supply)

You want a charger to only draw a small amount of current, but somehow charge a battery wih a huge amount of current? That is impossible unless the charger is being fed with a high voltage at a low current.
