I want to build a security system for my shop with motion detect cameras and internet connection to monitor at home ,are there any kits or plans out there?
you can learn a lot from a dummy

Probably not.

But check out a program called ActiveWebCam. I use it in my shop. It has some quirks, but overall works well.
