Hey,
may i know that how this LED thermommeter will work..
how will i come to know the temperature of regarding LED which glow on?
or this circuit need some computer interfacing,i guess not!
what it meany by thermometer..
plz do explain this to me..

A thermometer measures and displays temperature. This one has IC1 as a sensor and its output voltage increases when it gets warmer. Look up its datasheet.

IC2 is a bar-graph LED driver that drives 10 LEDs. With a low voltage input from the cold sensor the bar-graph driver lights 1 or 2 LEDs. More LEDs are lighted when the sensor gets warmer and produces a higher voltage.
Look up the datasheet of the bar-graph driver.
