My car flasher is problem. I'd try to check the circuit,and i found the IC is coded SE064 by ND. Do you have any technical information about that IC or the replacement as well?
And would you give me a circuit for the car flasher ( use 12VDC battery)

Are you referring to the flasher unit in the indicators?

If so, I would imagine replacement is a more viable option than restoration. I replaced the flasher units in my old subi a few months back, cost me ten bucks and five minutes.

I'm afraid I have no idea what circuitry is behind them.

Any auto parts store will have a replacement for a few dollars.
