I NEED TO BUILD A 24V DC MOTORISED TROLLY TO TRAVEL AT WALKING SPEED AS A MAXIMUM USING 10' PNUMATIIC TYRES WITH A SOFT START CAPABILITY I DO NOT KNOW WERER TO BUY MOTORS AND REDUCTION GEAR BOXES THAT WILL CARRY 1.5 TONS LOAD ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP.

Used forklift parts would be a good start.
