I am fixing a motor for a recliner chair. I think that a relay is fried. The one and only capicator on it is blown out. I am trying to figure out the info on this cap so I can replace it. The numbers on it are ICL12 10005. Please help me.

Hard to say... Where is it on the board? If it is near the power supply and blown my guess is that it might not be a cap but an MOV. I had an old power bar that had a bunch of them(round black disc capacitor looking things). It got struk by lightening and fried them but it saved my computer. They are used as an inexpensive way to stop suges.

Thats all I got for you.

It is not a capacitor it is a ICL=inrush current limiter like a MOV
NTCs can also be used, so it can be either.
