I just got an engine for free. It's a 4HP B&S, Model 111202, Type 0133. It's a horizontal shaft. It's missing all of the cylinder head bolts and the gasket, and the whole air cleaner assembly. Other than that everything else appears to be in place except for the spark plug.
In the Illustrated Parts List for this engine it only shows one item over the cylinder head itself in the exploded view, listed as part #93111, It's referred to as "Cylinder Head Screw". I'm not sure if this is the correct one? I'm confused here.
If I get a chance I'll post a picture of the engine.
I can't find my shop manual so I'm not sure if I can answer your question. I do know for a fact that there will be multiple part numbers for the cylinder head bolts as they are of different length.
I'll see if I can get to the scrapyard here and look through to see if I can find the same engine that actually has head bolts, if so I can get those and possibly a few other parts that are in need of replacement.
You can tell that this engine was on a go cart because of the big spring wrapped around the end of the carb. from the throttle. I'll leave that in place if I put it on my scooter. I plan to use a bike brake handle for throttle control. I also realized that this engine turns in the correct direction so I do not have to flip the wheel on the scooter and I'll be able to keep the brake system in place. When the shaft points to the right and you're looking at it from that side it rotates clockwise.
