I dont remember telling anyone at this site but I built myself some DIY electronic drums....full scale, full price tag lol
it's working great and today I just got a new drum module....the Roland TD10.
This this sounds so much better than the Alesis DM5 and DM Pro and it actually works...
Here is a link to the pics and all the attachments I have added to it so far.

I started building a month before christmas and finished on the 23rd of December....just in time for my b-day and the party so I could show it off lol
It was no fun waiting for parts and tracking them thinking if they would get in on time and the money......I spent about $800 on the basic kit then added a $100 double bass pedal, $40 for the blue LED system, 120 on a mixer/wire and cable ends, $40 on the smoke machine, and today I spent my last big purchase I'll do in a long time....I got a Roland TD10 for $600 but boy was it worth it...the old Alesis DM5 had way to many problems when they made it...
so what do you all think? neat, aint it
