Aaron Carter is a generic teenage boy singer that apparently attracts legions of very stupid fans.
abbey, what do you think? Have you even looked at this site? I would gather not, since Aaron Carter likely doesn't have the mental capacity to even begin to comprehend the material presented.
(and both you and he will probably have trouble with that last sentense as well)

The other half of this story is that the poster started replying to the automated emails that the forum sends, asking if Aaron or Nick Carter was on the other end. 
I sent several emails trying to explain her error, but she just didn't get it. Finally, she started trying to strike up a conversation.  I tried to be as mean as possible, but her limited mental capacity made insults almost ineffective. Finally, I just flatly told her to get lost, and pointed out the fact that she was probably half my age.
Haven't heard from her since. 
This happens all the time.

Why does this happen? Are they searching for "Aaron Carter" and your site shows up just because of the Aaron? Are people so stupid that they can't see that your last name is different and therefore not who they are looking for?

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how people could possibly confuse me with Aaron Carter based on this website. It just makes ABSOLUTELY no sense.
My only explanation is that they are incredibly stupid.
Especially this case. The person somehow found my website (no idea how, because if you Google "aaron carter" you get aaroncarter.com as the first hit, and pressing similar pages gives you more of the same), found the forum, registered, then posted this topic originally in the Auto Electronics area. I cannot fathom what was going through her (very weak) mind.

IMHO, the intellect of the thread starter became obvious based on the fact that most folks named Aaron have two Aa's not 2 rr's!!!
Takes a REAL fan to not now how to spell your hero/icon/infatuation's NAME!!
I have not tried ,but a Google of aRRon carter vs. Aaron Carter ( which I suspect is correct) will more than likely not put this site on the first results page.
Sometimes, they wear it on their forehead.

LOL, It amazes me how someone can be souch an airhead! I'm quite glad I havent met any of thoes kind of people where I live (though that may be due to to the fact that I just dont talk to many people outside my "Circle of friends").
