Hassan,
excuse my curiosity - how often do you drive over 200kmh?
Some people did slightly increase the volume of their carburetter engines by using shorter spark plugs and use a double gasket for engine block. This volume increase was primarily used when people wanted to go with low-quality fuel instead of regular one. Not sure it would help you, be careful.

depending on the year of the car you have to reprogram computer (ECM) to make your car lunch faster 0 to 70 you need a higher ratio diferential gear and lots of power good traction
to get easy power and the least effort is nitroux oxide NOS power on demand from 50 to 1000 HP and lots of money.

to do or not to do

This is the wrong place to ask this question. This is an automotive ELECTRONICS forum. For performance info, I suggest you find a forum on the Net based around your car and ask the question there. The answers given will totally depend on what kind of car you drive...

Generic answer is this: get a less restrictive intake and exhaust, good ignition setup, some way to tune your fuel (if EFI an aftermarket system is best, if carbed, simply rejet and adjust). After those basics, you can start looking at power adders such as turbochargers, superchargers or nitrous.

By the way, I often drive as speeds > 200KM/H.
