Sounds good, but with the cost of the ignition boxes, sensors and S-AFC you are quickly approaching the price of a standalone ECU. For a few more dollars you could get the functionality of standalone system.
Also, there are better pumps then the TII unit for the money. The Walbro comes to mind, as well as the FD or Cosmo pump.
As far as the blockoff plates, I have been planning to start making "kits" and selling them. It would include the ACV, EGR, cold start and BAC blockoff with gaskets and bolts...Projected price would be around $30...

About 7 feet.
BTW, I cannot find my original DivX copies of the videos (shit, because those are the best ones I have).
I can post the Real Video files for download instead of streaming if you would like. I would only make them available for a few days, but they are encoded in a high-bitrate which looks nearly as good as DivX when played locally.

Ah, how nice it is to have the space and tools to finish the project in two days...took me 6 months, but I assume you saw the conditions I was working under in my garage, and I guess that being the first it would take me a lot longer...ANYWAY...
A few words about the kit:
Traditionally, people have not really put their money were their mouth is when it comes to turbo-NA kits. A post on the forum would generate a hundred "yeah, I'd buy it" replies, but if you were lucky perhaps 1 person would actually put up the cash. So good luck on eBay. Also, be sure to put in a disclaimer that says something like "if you pop your engine, it's not my fault". It will be mostly newbies looking at the kit, which have not the knowledge to use it properly. I should also mention that there used to be a turbo-NA kit available, but as far as I know not even one sold.
As far as the link to my site, that's fine as long as it is clear that I am in no way involved with making or selling the kit. I don't want people expecting me to support them when they gernade their engine.
Here are the videos for download. Probably best to "right click, Save As". Please let me know when you have them so I can delete them from the webspace (don't want to start distributing them).

A 25 shot dry (do they even make them that small?) should be just on the edge. What you really need is a wet kit. I would be worried about leaning out with any dry kit.

On the edge of running lean, and thus damaging the engine...
BTW, do you have any pictures of your install?
