I have a laptop lcd and a ps2 and i was wondering if i coul atach the lcd to the ps2 dose anybody know how i was thinking maydy just atach it to the graphics card some how well i kneed help so thanks

Easily, no. The LCD panel needs a driver circuit, which is normally integrated into the graphics chipset of the laptop. If you contact the manufacturer of the panel (most likely Hyundi or Panasonic) you might be able to get one with a composite input, but the price will likely be high.

The lcd is still atached to the laptop wright now so what do i do with that circuit

Aaron is right, unless you are very good at computer electroics and have cash set aside for the project, you can do it then. I know a great deal about electronics, computers, machinery and a bit about science, and to do this will be pretty complicated and time consuming. You'd wish you'd never thought of it, trust me its happend to me alot.
