There's no content, hence no reason for anyone to visit. Adding graphics won't fix that.

then you will be interested in usall.com you get three gigs free and 25 gigs of bandwidth free but the url is complexed but then you can just go to http://www.shorturl.com and get a shorter url for free

WHOA thats alot of space and bandwidth. geocities has a pretty tight cap on bandwidth, which is the only thing that ticks me off. but then again I am to lasy to go through and redo all of my pages so that they would work on another site

Forums are an interesting thing...In order to get a discussion, you must have members. In order to get members, you must have a discussion. You see the problem.
Also, your forum seems to cover the exact same topics as this one...So advertising an empty forum on an active one with the same interests isn't too useful. Most members will not move over to the new forum when there is an existing forum already in place and quite active (and for that matter, full of some really great and helpful people).
Having content on the site is one way to spark discussion because it encourages people to discuss the rest of the website, ask questions, etc.

ok thanks for the advise heres a link my friends want me to get out http://xmen.proboards18.com It's pretty cool but i am not relly interested you are suposed to become a member then you are considered a mutant and then you make up your powers and your number of post is how powerful you are so some of you might be interested.
