There was a lot of unusual activity in the voting lately. There were about 50 votes over the past week at 5. This doesn't seem like a coincidence to me. Either you or someone else is trying to artificially inflate your rating. In combination with the fact that the number of votes doesn't match the number of visits, something funny is going on. I find it interesting that you don't know anything about the voting yet you saw the message only 1 day after I locked voting.
If you can assure me that something like this is not going to happen again, I will enable voting for your site. If it does happen again, I will lock voting at a rating of 1 for one week then enable it again. If there is a third offence, I will remove your page from the links page.
