And is it possible to put a locker such as a detroit like in my suburban into a car like an RX-7 or any other RWD?

No idea on the song.

You can put a locking diff in anything. Of course I don't think there is one available for the RX-7 so it will need to be a custom job. With any vehicle that doesn't have a locker available, you would need to take measurements of the diff then go hunting for another car with a similar part that has a locker available. Of course since most RX-7s came with LSD all that's needed in that case is to swap in an LSD diff.
