I agree with him, and also someone who obeys all of the laws (even in a parking lot or a fast car, doesn't make stupid maneuvers to save time, and just drives. |

I agree with andrew. The actions of a good driver never cause another driver to take action. That was one of the first things my driving instructor told me all those years back and I took it to heart. In addition, a good driver is able to anticipate through observation what is about to happen and take evasive action long before it is necessary. |
