Well I have many bad ebayers I may post a little later on but who knows you just may be one of them Haha.
Any way I sell a lot of pro audio gear and motorbikes on ebay and lately it has be come a total joke I sold a quad bike recently some thing like a 88' kawasaki bayou the ebayer came to pick it up I started it and said do you want to have a ride to check it out No he said so he fully checkd it out and that was all good
3 days later he is telling me there is a hole in the fuel tank and the head stem bearings are stuffed... I kinda just said well Sorry I will pay for some thing to fix your tank but I had no idea about any thing else wrong with it you asked NO questions and never came to look at it before bidding I sold it as a running bike and thats what it does! Unbelievable some people pay nothing and expect every thing from a 19 year old bike!
Any way what I do for all my auctions now because its got so crazy all my listings start with
"Before Even looking at this auction Please note All Items are sold AS IS any problems you have with them after picking up is YOUR responsibility Viewing of items Prior to bidding is ok, Do not bid the come down to pick it up and decide you don't want it as far as I'm concerned you bid for it you want it.
I try to be as honest as I can with my listings but can not give a "guaranteed report" I do not throughly check each item this is the buyers responsibility BEFORE bidding.
Basically the only test I do is to see if it starts , runs or powers up."

This is really only for us Aussie fella's here that are into Pro Audio, but DO NOT by from X-DC Pro Audio. These guys jerked me around something hardcore. Ordered a Wharfedale EVP-X18B from them, which turned out to have a manufacturing defect of a blistered voice coil former. 5 months for a warranty job, and they expected me to post it from North Queensland to Melbourne.
DO NOT BUY.
