I thought GNs were turbocharged?

They are! I didn't know that. But when i lifted the hood, there it was, right beside the word "turbo" and the little arrow thingy. My garage has kindof a speed shop appeal to it but we specialize in imports!!! When I called the guy with the estimate and some reasonable alternatives, he started mumbling about the Buick dealership and a friend of his etc... I let it go at that.

No harm done. The only reason I know is that some magazine did a special on them. From what I've seen, it's an excellant engine. Nearly bullet proof.

Depending on what you're going for, a supercharger may be better then a turbo. And of course the engine is already made to take boost...
