Is anyone familiar with that oscilloscope program Winscope? It's freeware, and I've figure out how to use my microphone, but I don't know how to hook up my frequency generator to see how the program runs. I plugged a 1/4 inch phone plug into the microphone jack on the back of my computer, and attached the generator to it, but nothing happened. I am not that terribly familiar with this program or a real oscillosocope. It can't be that hard to connect it to the pc, I just can't figure out how. Please help! Thanks

I've tried it once, you connect your generator to the LINE IN plug at your sound card. But dont put to large voltage to the line, u can burn your sound card!

I am not familiar either. But common sense tells me that you need to connect generator to line input and use Windows mixer to enable it (look in volume controls)
