Iam faced with amult cd player ie plays cds,mp3,vcd,and dvd.
oflate,it plays while jumping tracks.What could be the problem?

first clean the optical pick up of cotton swab, if symptom persist, measure resistance of spindle motor, the one that turn the disc, should be 200 ohms otherwise replace the motor. If you have laser power meter measure power emitted by the lenses should be .1 to .3 for cd player and .6 if dvd. dont forget your disc might be the problem, check the disc for dirt and scratches try good disc.
