Hello Gentlemen, Ladies

I am trying to repair a Grid Inverter. I have a SOT 23 device with a small triangle in the bottom left. Point of triangle points to the letter S 2F followed by 47 ( 47 is on its side ) Am I correct in thinking these numbers are just production batch numbers with no easy way of identifying the device. I belong to the 807 valve period, Have lost the plot with current markings.

Regards

Alan
