If the TV is still under warentee send it back its free that way. If not I've done a few TV repairs and I just went to (or whatever company) to get the parts.

I was wondering if there is a place to buy parts wholesale or aftermarket or if there is such a thing?LG from what I've heard has poor customer service and people that have ordered parts end up back ordering the parts and still don't get them. Wood3y

Why didn't you buy the replacement part for an LG TV from LG?
