Suddenly I needed a Jfet and every store do not have them today
my inductive tone detector went noisy and cant detect tones
any more the best thing to do is substitute parts.the data sheet
says that it was a JFet.I Found it in an old Cassette's electret
microphone(you have to pry open it of course) any number will do it still a JFet.
