You gave a list of items needed to make a lie detector test and I have no mechanical skills or knowledge don't really even know most of the items mentioned. Anyway, I was wondering if you build and sell them. I would owe you an incredible debt.

Nope. But the lie detector is a good first project. You can Google the stuff you don't understand and use it as a way to learn a bit about electronics.
