How do you simulate a load when using an ac supply but you dont have the inductor and resistor values? It is to verify the power factor.

The question I'm answering is

'the load taken from an ac supply is a heating load of 15kW, motor load of 40kVa at 0.6pf lagging, and a load of 20kW at 0.8pf lagging. Calculate the total load in kW and kVA and it's pf, what would be the value of a capacitor to bring it to unity? Simulate your answer'

I'VE GOT ALL THE VALUES FOR THE QUESTIONS ABOVE. WHAT I DONT KNOW IS

a) HOW TO SIMULATE IT ON MULTISIM
b) APART FROM THE CAPACITOR, WHAT COMPONENTS ARE REQUIRED/VALUES?

Thanks in advance.
